Chief Executive Officer
Austin has worked in IT since 2001 and leads ITSTL, setting the direction for the company and the service we deliver to clients across the St. Louis area.
He has been deeply involved in the local business community, serving as an Area Director for BNI Mid America, as President of BNI STL Preferred Partners, and as a member of a Vistage Trusted Advisor Group.

Chief Technology Officer
Brett leads technology and security at ITSTL. He oversees the security of 500 to 750 managed endpoints and more than 100 VoIP clients, including endpoint protection, SOC monitoring, identity and access security, and backup and recovery.
Brett also leads ITSTL's software development. He built our client portal, which automates employee onboarding and offboarding, along with ITSTL Connect, our business texting platform and API gateway, and the integrations that keep tickets, licensing and billing in sync.
He started in IT in 2014, helping a small business IT provider move from break-fix service to remote desktop computing and VoIP, and has served as CTO of ITSTL since 2020.
